Full Home Renovation
Condesa, Mexico City
Four-Story Renovation
Completed
Interior Architecture & Design Direction
This was the first complete home renovation I ever led from start to finish.
Four floors. A generous budget. And, most importantly, a client who trusted the process enough to give us creative freedom.
That trust changed everything. Rather than decorating an existing house, we were able to rethink how every room felt, how light moved through the space, and how contemporary design could live comfortably inside one of Condesa's historic homes.
The project was later featured in a national design magazine, but the greatest outcome was discovering what becomes possible when trust and creativity grow together.
The house carried the character of one of Mexico City's most iconic neighborhoods while needing to support a completely contemporary way of living.
Every floor presented a different opportunity, and every decision had to balance architecture, functionality, and personality without losing the home's original soul.
Every decision was approached as part of a larger story.
Rather than designing individual rooms, we focused on how the entire home would feel as someone moved through it. Materials, lighting, furniture, and custom details were developed together so each floor felt connected while maintaining its own identity.
The result was a home that felt contemporary without losing the character that made it unique.
The more that trust grows, the more honest the conversations become, the more thoughtful the decisions become, and the stronger the project becomes.
That experience continues to shape the way we work today. Every project begins with listening, building trust, and allowing the best ideas to emerge together.
"Creative freedom grows through trust."
